“The Moon & Its Secrets” is full of guitars that range from gentle leads to sudden classical rock guitar. The drums in every track are noticeable; in their track “Chartreuse” the drums are incredibly complex where as in “Oceana Sleeping” the drums burst forward with the guitar, giving a harder rock edge. The final track is titled “The End of All Things” which was easily my favorite song off the album. It was harder than the other songs. It’s not often that a duo of soft melodic voices can pull off a heavy guitar riff, but Polaris Rose seemed to have no trouble with it. Their voices are so much more than nice to listen to; they take you through an emotional awakening. - IX Daily
Polaris Rose allow the energy that runs rampant in their music to truly come to life in each of their performances. They come together effortlessly, weaving their stories through prolific instrumentation and pitch perfect harmonies, bouncing their talents off each other to make for a robust and lively atmosphere. Listeners are enamored upon first listening, moved by the stories and captured by the music, proving that Polaris Rose possess an authentic ability to convey the meaning of their lyrics to their audience. - Mi2N
